About Us

This page will include all the information you need about us, about the owner, about the site, about our relationship to the products and how we operate.

About Me

I’m Steve Morley of Steven UK, an internet entrepreneur if you will, who is also into health and fitness, well trying to be into it. I have found my niche sport is in Strongman and Strength Training rather than anything else. I hate cardio, or CardiNO or Hardio as I call it. I have other interests which can be found on my site using the above link, but keeping on track here we’ll assume just Health and Fitness.

On a personal note, I also have also concluded “they” lied, it doesn’t get easier, I don’t feel great, I don’t have more energy, and I sure as heck don’t look forward to the gym. I usually crawl out a broken, sweaty wreck begging for mercy, this also seems to common amongst everyone I know. However for some bizarre reason I still keep going back for more. Someone said to me “When it gets easier, its because you’re not progressing, your treading water, push harder!”, so I keep going.

Affiliate Disclosure

The law requires some explanations and points are made clear to you, an updated version is kept on the “Affiliate Information” page of my site, but a brief version is presented here.

Every product reviewed on this site, has been sampled, eaten, tasted or used personally by the person who wrote the article. The person who wrote it will be named on the article.

I rarely… if ever get paid to do a review. In almost all cases, I never accept money to review a product or service. I invest my own time and quite often money to review and test products. I absorb the entire cost to produce all content I make about products or services. If I am ever paid to do a review, I will make this clear in or around the review.

If I create a link to a product in a review, sometimes I may get paid a commission if you purchase the product or service.

If you click a link from one of my articles or newsletters and it delivers you to a website selling that product (e.g. Amazon.com, etc.), I may get a small commission from that website should you choose to buy.

About Protein Snacks

I started protein snacks after my eternal search for what I call “Flexible Snacks”, that is Ready to Drink, Ready to Eat or easily available high protein snacks. I’m not talking about Protein Whey or Peanut Butter and Celery or anything like that.

I mean things you can throw in your bag, pocket, keep in your desk, in your locker or anywhere else you need it. I will deviate from this on occasion where I think its filling a gap between a snack and an actual food stuff, where the lines are blurred a little.
